Sign Up – When you sign up, you will create a secure online member profile. Your profile will have your share option, pick-up location, and your account activity. You can view and edit your account, change your pick up location (only if approved by us), payment information, and password. You may also put your order on hold for any given week from your account, if needed, if you are unable to pick up your box. You must put your order on hold before the given deadline for your share location. Anything after the deadline will be processed as normal. If an emergency arises after the deadline and you are unable to get your share please email Jennifer Brinkley at [email protected].

Payments – Your CSA Share will be paid upon joining or in installments that will be paid in full before begin our season. If you join after our starting date your account will be prorated for the according weeks. Your account will have an ongoing credit for that share amount. Each weeks order will be deducted from that credit. You will need to spend the recommended amount for your share each week. You may order extra at any given time. The overage will automatically be deducted from your account credit. You may add money to your account at any time to pay for the overage or just to have extra credit to spend at will. If you exhaust your account before seasons end please feel free to add money to your account to continue receiving your share. Our order site is run by Farmigo and your information is stored securely by Authorize.net. We do not issue refunds on any unused credit on your account so please remember to use all CSA credit on account before the seasons end.

Picking up your order – Please remember to pick up your order (or have a friend or family member) at your pre-chosen share location. Always be courteous and pick up during your share locations time slot. We also would appreciate it if you would bring back share boxes and other containers to be reused to help keep cost at a minimum.

For Home Delivery, please remember that your share is waiting for you at your chosen location and does not need to be left out for an extended amount of time. Also remember to set out your cooler for any cold items that need to be stored till your arrival. We will not be responsible for any shares after they have been dropped off at their location that may have issues due to member forgetfulness. We will be happy to review any problems with your share that may come up pertaining to farm mishaps that may have occurred before reaching you. We also would appreciate it if you would leave your share boxes and other containers at your delivery location to be picked up at the same time to be reused to help keep cost at a minimum.

Missing your pick up – If you miss your pick-up your share will be donated to an interested party or facility, such as a food bank, church, or someone in need. We are sorry we cannot give a credit for boxes that are not picked up; please be assured that your share will not go to waste and will be put to good use.

Changing your pick-up location – If a time was to arise that you would need to change your pick-up location due to a change in address or job location please email Jennifer Brinkley at [email protected] as soon as possible so that I can make the necessary changes.

Vacations and Share Holds – You may put your CSA share on hold for any given week that you will not be able to pick up by logging into your account. You must do this before the given weekly deadline for your location. Your account credit will not be debited for that share until you use it another week. For emergencies where shares need to be put on hold for an extended period of time please email Jennifer Brinkley at [email protected] so arrangements can be made.

Pick-up and Delivery day & time changes – We will give you ample notice of any changes in our schedule to due holidays, weather, or any other uncontrollable event.

Cancellations – You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing Jennifer Brinkley at [email protected]. You will receive a confirmation email confirming your cancellation. Refunds will be administered at our discretion. We hope that everyone enjoys their experience with Brinkley Farms, but understand that some situations may require reviewing.

Privacy Policy – We do not sell, rent, or give our email list, customer list or any personal/financial information to anyone.

Our Guarantee - Brinkley Farms prides itself in being family owned and operated. We guarantee our produce and other farm products for quality and freshness. We hold ourselves to the highest of standards in providing excellent customer service and commitment to our members. If for any reason you are not happy with your share please contact Jennifer Brinkley at [email protected]. We will be happy to give you a credit on your account for any produce or other farm product that does not meet your standards.
