We will offer our winter session sometime in September, keep a look out! Besides CSA we are also attending the Carrboro and Durham Farmer Markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Be sure to stop by! We look forward to working with you and have you join our farm! A CSA is a community of people coming together to support local farmers by purchasing produce directly from the farmers for their table. Customers buy a share (paying in advance), then receive a weekly box of fresh produce and/or meat and eggs, that is delivered to a designated location. Our CSA differs from most in that we allow our customers to choose each week what they will get, instead of receiving a box of whatever we choose to give them. We send an email with a list of what's available for the week, you choose what you want according to your share size, and email back with your selections. Because of rising costs, this year we are including a $10 material fee. We grow approximately 50 different varieties of veggies, starting with lettuce and ending with pumpkins. In addition, we have pasture raised pork and beef, which is antibiotic and hormone free, with no animal by-products in the feed. We'll also be having farm fresh eggs. At this time we are offering a spring session only (12 weeks). We offer 3 share sizes, individual, a couple, and a family. You choose the one that works best for you.
